• Items not paid within 24 hours will be put up for sale thereafter
• Sending an email implies your intention of confirming an item
• However, please rest assured that inquiries/doubts will not be considered as confirmation
• If you can make payment immediately, item will become yours even when it is pending
• All apparel/items are brand new & imported products
• Prices are exclusive of postage fees
• Prices of items are non-negotiable and postage will not be waived under any circumstances
• Refunds/exchanges/shop credits are available strictly on a case-by-case basis
• TheScarletDress do not reject orders unless due to very terrible unforseen circumstance
• TheScarletDress also reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions at any time
Ordering Details:

• We will send you a confirmation email as soon as possible
• Please note that priority is given to those who: confirm in their comments & can make payment immediately
• We do not accept orders made through SMSes.
Payment Details:
• We accept POSB/DBS/UOB/OCBC bank transfers
• We do not accept concealed cash
Postage details:
• Please add an additional $1 - $2 (where applicable) for normal postage fees
• Please add an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage fees when requesting for Reg. Post
• Tracking numbers will only be provided upon request
• Items are posted out every Wednesday and Saturday
• SingPost normally takes 2-4 working days to post out items (excludes weekends/public holidays)
• However, as post is sorted out manually, it is not unusual for items to take up to 7 days to reach
• We are not responsible for any items lost in transaction, however we will call SingPost to enquire for you. Thus, it is always advisable to opt for Registered Post
